Support for Mortgage Interest (SMI)

Posted on 6 February 2011 by shahid

We have a mortgage and secured loan on our property and we get help with our mortgage payments from Social Security. Can we get a remortgage to lower our payments while on social security payments without borrowing anymore?

Shahid,

I regret that I am not away of any Lenders who will consider a remortgage whilst you are in receipt of SMI.
