In order to succeed, you must have significant, recent experience of providing mortgage advice and be a consistent target achiever. We would expect you to offer an exceptional level of customer service and advice, have a strong work ethic, be self motivated and have a desire to progress your career. Naturally, you will also possess excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as the credibility to be able to present solutions to a wide and diverse client base. Full CeMAP is a pre-requisite, and a good level of education is also helpful.
