Mortgage Advisers

Competitive salary (dependent on experience), uncapped bonus and benefits package

Department: Sales
Location: London and Southampton offices
Reporting to: Sales Manager

Purpose
To take full responsibility for the achievement of specified business objectives by the successful completion of mortgage, general insurance and other peripheral incomes generated from the highest level of compliant service to clients and positively embracing FCA's 'positive customer outcomes' initiative.

Client Relationship Managers

Competitive salary (dependent on experience)

Department: Operations
Location: Southampton
Reporting to: Head of Operations

Purpose
To efficiently carry out all administrative duties, in order to contribute to the completion of mortgage solutions. To fully support mortgage consultants by preparing fully compliant files from initial contact with client, conducting research and preparing the application ensuring it meets the lenders criteria prior to submission. Managing a mortgage pipeline, but not limited to 75 clients in an efficient and professional manner. 

Content Creator and Product Copywriter Executive

Department: Marketing
Location: Southampton
Reporting to: Senior Marketing Executive

Purpose

The role is focused on content creation to support our SEO, social and UX strategy – this includes and is not limited to, producing high-quality landing pages, regular blog/news articles and production of social media posts. Further, you'll be a key creative contributor to improving our user-centred design and journeys, whether online or offline. You will be working in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, compliance teams, agencies and the Management team.
