I'm 61 years old. Can I get a mortgage for my property £32,000?
The simple answer is that your age on its own certainly won't proculde you from getting a mortgage. The factors that will influence lenders are things like your income, how long you want the mortgage for, and the value of the property.
I wasn't sure if the mortgage you want is £32,000 or if that is the value of your home? If it is the value of your property then a number of lenders will be ruled out as it would be below their minimum property value. If not then it's certainly something worth exploring.
