We've just returned to the UK. Can we get a mortgage with a limited credit record?

We have return to the UK from Canada after 10years and we are trying to find a mortgage that would take consideration of having little or no record. Can you help?  Thanks  Paul.

Paul,

We certainly do have lenders who will look at returning ex-pats. Whether we can find a mortgage for you will largely depend on your income and the size of your deposit.

I'd like to put you in contact with one of our consultants, who can look at your enquiry in more detail to see exactly how best we can help you get the mortgage you require. If you'd me like to do so, then please let me know, and I'll arrange a convenient time for one of them to contact you.

Regards,

Simon
