We're mature borrowers. Can we capital raise and move from Lifetime mortgage to interest only?

Currently have a Lifetime Mortgage repayment would be £95k. Wish to repay this and take out Interest Only mortgage for £145k. Age 75 (wife 69), Pension income £95k pa.Suggestions please. Extra sum is for home improvements and to help out single mum daughter. Thanks
