Without knowing the figures involved - rental income generated, current mortgage balances, your pension income, etc.... I can't really say with any certainty if would be able to assist you. However, as an independent, whole of market mortgage broker, I'd like to think that we can find a lender to help you. You are correct that many of the major high street lenders don't cater for the more mature borrwoers, though there are still some lenders who can look at manually underwriting cases, and it may well be one like this that we look at approaching.

If you'd like to discuss your options in more detail, then please call and to speak to one of our consultants on 0344 346 3672 and they'll be able to give you a much clearer idea of how exactly what we can do to help you.
