We are looking to apply for a mortgage in the next few months, 95 % LTV. We have no defaults but my husband and I only have a 'fine' rather than good or excellent credit rating, I think largely due to the amount of credit taken our previously, although debt is now minimal. Do you think we stand a chance?
It would be useful for one of our consultants to have a look at your credit files before going any further. A 'fine' credit score does not necessary mean a decline, however we do know that at the higher loan to value's the credit scoring is that much tougher to get through, so it's vital to know all the details and then approach the most appropriate lender.
One of our consultants, will be able to discuss your circumstances in more detail and pinpoint the right lender to look at for your situation, and then provide a suitable solution for you
