Split Repayment Methods

I have interest only mortgage for £210k with DB Mortgages, on their SVR rate, property valued at £275k.  Will I be able to get half repayment & half interest with any lenders, so that I can start reducing mortgage?


There are still Lenders who will consider a split repayment mortgage where your loan to value (LTV) is over 75%, which yours just is and you should have plenty of choice of product type and interest rate.
