Self Build and Live/Work? Help!

Self Build and Live/Work? Help!

We have planning permission to build a property which is residential but has a live/work element to it with an office building next door. So far all mortgage lenders have said they would not lend on such a building.

Can you help?

Rachel,

Subject to knowing the actual figures involved, this is certainly something we may well be able to help you with.

As we're an Independent, Whole of Market broker, we deal with those lenders who still manually underwrite cases, and can therefore judge each application on its merits.

If you'd like to discuss your enquiry in more detail, then please let me know and I'll put you in touch with  one of our consultants.

Regards,

Simon
