Im a uk citizen living in Zimbabwe. Is it possible to get a mortgage from the uk to buy in Zimbabwe? Please advise. Thanks
If you have an asset based in the UK that we can raise capital against, then you could use the funds to pay cash for the property, however the majority of UK mainstream lenders wouldn't be happy lending on the actual property in Zimbabwe.
We do have access to an overseas property specialist who may be able to assist, so if you'd like to explore that avenue, then please let me know and I'll arrange a time for you to speak to one of our consultants who can take your basic infiormation, and see what can be done.
More than mortgages, talk to me about:
Financial Protection | Investments | Personal and Corporate Pensions | Home Insurance
General Insurance | Valuations | Conveyancing | Wills | Home finders
