I'm an Ex-pat in Switzerland looking to buy in London at 50% loan to value...

I am an expat living in Switzerland. I would like to purchase a house in London. I have enough deposit to cover 50% of purchase price. Can I get mortgage with UK bank? I have no other properties and have a current account in the UK which nothing currently gets paid into.

There are a good number of lenders who look to lend to Ex-Pats, and at such a low loan to value, I would like to think that we should be able to get you the mortgage you need. However we would need to know more detail around your personal financial situation, along with the figures for the purchase and type of property you're looking to buy, before we can say for certain.

I think it's worth exploring your options in a bit more detail, to get a clearer idea of exactly what we can / can't do, and you can do this by contacting one of our consultants on 0344 346 3672.

More than mortgages, talk to me about:
