If I had a £10,000 loan would this effect me applying for a 95% mortgage?

Hi, I am looking to get a 95% mortgage. If I had a £10,000 loan would this effect me applying for the mortgage?

The loan would be taken into consideration using the lenders affordability calculator, and every lender has a slightly different way of assessing a case, so without knowing your full situation it's impossible to say with any accuracy how the loan would affect your application. It will come down to your income, other liabilities, overall credit position, etc....
