If I have an existing mortgage, can I borrow more because I want to buy another property but need a loan to do so?

Carol,

Thank you for your enquiry. Potentially this is something you can do, but this will depend on the value of your house, the balance of your mortgage, your income and your credit record.

If you'd like to find out in more detail exactly what you can / can't do, then please let me know, and I'll arrange a time for you to speak to one of our mortgage consultants.

Regards,

Simon
