GMAC Mortgage Rate

Posted on 6 February 2011 by Ade Adeniji

I took out a residential mortgage with GMAC in 2003. This was immediately sold to Mortgage Express. What interest rate will be applied to my account after the current fixed deal ends later this year?

Ade,

Despite being sold to Mortgage Express, the terms of your mortgage offer will not have changed and this is where you should look to find out what rate your mortgage will revert to. GMAC had many different revert to rates depending on which scheme you are on, typically 3m LIBOR +2.50%, but it is not possible for me to say with any certainty what yours will be.

If you have lost your mortgage offer document you will need to contact Mortgage Express on 0845 604 4540.

Opening Hours 8am-7pm Monday-Friday

I hope this helps

Peter
