Ex-Pat in Switzerland. Can I buy in the UK ?

Posted on 1 July 2013

I am an expat living in Switzerland. I would like to purchase a flat as buy to let in London. I have enough deposit to cover 25% of purchase price. I have tenants lined up already. What are my options please? I currently have no other properties and have a current account in the UK which nothing currently gets paid into.

There are lenders who can help out expats, however a lot depends on your individual circumstances particularly around your employment and income. I think that the best course of action is to book a time for us to have a conversation so we can full assess your situation. Plaese let me know when you would be available and I'll arrange a convenient time for you to speak to one of our consultants.
