I have a mortgage with Banca March on a property in Minorca. Outstanding mortgage is 45000 Euros, property value 140,000 Euros. Icurrently pay 978 Euros a month and have approx 5 years capital and interest term remaining. Is it worth me remortgaging to a lower interest rate (i.e. new mortgage of 45000 Euros, over same 5 years term? Thank you
