Can Castle mortgages be used as a deposit fund for first time buyers?
The Partnership Mortgage can be used by First Time Buyers if they also have a 20% personal deposit. If they do not have this then I regret the Partnership Mortgage is not available.
Advice on the Partnership Mortgage can only be given by Mortgage Consultants who have successfully passed a specific accreditation programme, set by the Chartered Insurance Institute, to ensure that they are fully conversant with the pros and cons of this scheme. John Charcol is at the forefront of this and already has several such consultants, please call 0344 346 3672 and ask to speak to an accredited consultant who will be able to advise you whether or not the scheme is suitable.
