Can my mortgage lender refuse me the equity out my house?

Can my mortgage lender refuse me the equity out my house?

Alison,

Can you elaborate a little bit more about your circumstances? If you are looking to obtain further advance on top of your residential mortgage that will be subject to your lender’s terms and conditions but generally available. However, there maybe some limitations and the advance may be restricted depending on what you're looking to raise the money for.

If your existing lender is unable to assist then we would be able to look at remortgaging away from them, and seeking alender that will meet  your requirements.

If you'd like to take your enquiry further, then please let me know, and I'll arrange for one of our consultants to contact you.

Regards,

Simon
