I am a UK and Australian Citizen living in Sydney Australia. I have three properties in Normandy France (fully paid for; ie no mortgages) which have been valued at 180000 - 210000 euros. I am looking to see if it is possible to obtain a loan of 130000 pounds secured on one of my french properties to purchase a property in Devon UK as an investment which currently has a tenant in on a 10 year lease who would continue to lease the property should i buy it. This loan could be serviced by multiple methods either from the rent on my French properties or from the rent paid by the current tenant in the desired UK property or by me contributing to it from my wages paid in Aus. Is this possible?
This certainly isn't the easiest enquiry to place, but in theory it may be possible. We would need a fuller picture of your current situation, and more information regarding the Normandy properties.
