John Charcol launches new legal service

John Charcol Legal launches in collaboration with ULS Technology
The independent mortgage experts John Charcol are launching John Charcol Legal, a new conveyancing service in association with ULS Technology (ULS).
The new service has been exclusively built for John Charcol by ULS Technology and comprises a panel of selected Law Firms to provide fully national coverage across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
John Charcol’s mortgage brokers, who operate both on the phone and face to face will compare the panel to select the most appropriate conveyancing firm for their client based upon their service rating, price and location. The panel, which is made up of ten selected Law Firms, will have a new, tailored service rating that defines a strict minimum standard of customer satisfaction and service, should any participating firm's rating fall beneath the expected level, they will automatically be replaced by another firm.
The new service will be offered by John Charcol advisers who are collectively budgeted to write £2billion in new mortgages in 2016. John Charcol Legal will save its customers time and money.
