Posted on 5 March 2011 by Tracey

My partner and I just separated and we have a mortgage together. We were together for 9 years and owned a previous house but recently sold and 5-6 months ago we purchased another house worth $440.000 and we both work full time I earned less than him what r my rights and how do I go about it?

Tracy,

I would be guessing if I tried to answer your question, what you need is proper legal advice and as Mortgage brokers we are not qualified to give you that.

I recommend that you seek independent legal advice.
