John Charcol partners with IPSE (the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed)

John Charcol today announces that it has entered into an exclusive partnership with IPSE (the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed) to provide its members expert advice and support when obtaining a mortgage. This dedicated service will enable IPSE members to access John Charcol experts with particular knowledge of helping freelance and self employed professionals with their needs.
IPSE members will also receive a concierge service free of charge, to make moving-in day as stress-free as possible. This includes broadband and council tax set-up, and removal arrangements for IPSE members saving approximately £300.
The Office for National Statistics found that the self-employed made up 15.1% of the UK labour force in 2017 – a total of 4.8 million people. What’s more, the number of women opting for self-employment is constantly rising: between 2000-2017 the number of self-employed women in the UK increased by 77%. John Charcol has a long history of supporting underserved clients and and is committed to helping IPSE members obtain the best possible advice and support when obtaining a mortgage.
