Main purpose

At John Charcol, we’ve been helping clients secure their dream home for over 50 years. We’re whole-of-market, directly authorised and one of the leading voices in the industry.

And now, we’re expanding our self-employed team and looking for great mortgage advisors to join us. With an initial support package of £2,000 per month for your first 4 months, we give you stability whilst you build your pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

  • CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
  • CAS status (preferred)
  • Whole-of-market experience (preferred)
  • Strong track record of sales and building client relationships
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
