Oliver Styles
Oliver started his career as a Mortgage & Protection advisor in 2018, for a large national estate agency chain based in Nottinghamshire. During this time, he gained a wealth of knowledge on the house buying process and assisted all types of buyers whether they were first time buyers or landlords looking to expand their portfolio.
Oliver prides himself on being approachable and Informative, and always looks to guide each of his clients through each step of their mortgage application journey. He has extensive experience working with first-time buyers, self-employed, buy-to-let, and new build borrowers.
Away from work Oliver is obsessed with most sports and is an avid fan of Brighton & Hove Albion. He also enjoys travelling the world when he gets the opportunity and spending any leftover funds on vinyl records.

Discovery and research
Oliver will arrange a phone appointment or a face-to-face meeting at your convenience. This is where he’ll undergo a fact find, collecting all the required information needed, to then present a mortgage offer that meets all your requirements.
Pre-application
Following on from you selecting the offer, Oliver will arrange for all documents to be collected and will submit your application to the lender.
Process and implementation
This is where the lender will underwrite your application, verifying all of your information – this will result in you receiving your new mortgage offer and ultimately allowing you to exchange and complete.
Additional
If you need any additional support following your mortgage, Oliver can assist you with life and protection, concierge service, legal service, and rate roll offs.
