Michael Coman has been in the financial industry for over a decade, working in a variety of advisory roles for some of the UK’s biggest companies, specialising in multiple areas of lending. Combining these years of experience with several qualifications in financial advice, Michael is now offering his expert, independent mortgage advice.
Having built up a wide array of contacts across the mortgage industry, no case is too big, too small or too complex. Michael has a passion for providing mortgage advice and puts the client at the heart of everything he does.

Michael will guide you through the process from start to finish, working around your individual needs and requirements to find the mortgage best suited to you. With expert knowledge, Michael will take you through the process.
Discovery and research
Michael will arrange a phone appointment or a face-to-face meeting at your convenience. This is where he’ll undergo a fact find, collecting all the required information needed, to then present a mortgage offer that meets all your requirements.
Pre-application
Following on from you selecting the offer, Michael will arrange for all documents to be collected and will submit your application to the lender.
Process and implementation
This is where the lender will underwrite your application, verifying all of your information – this will result in you receiving your new mortgage offer and ultimately allowing you to exchange and complete.
Additional
If you need any additional support following your mortgage, Michael can assist you with life and protection, concierge service, legal service, and rate roll offs.
