Discovery and research
Mark will arrange a phone appointment or a face-to-face meeting at your convenience. This is where he’ll undergo a fact find, collecting all the required information needed, to then present a mortgage offer that meets all your requirements.
Pre-application
Following on from you selecting the offer, Mark will arrange for all documents to be collected and will submit your application to the lender.
Process and implementation
This is where the lender will underwrite your application, verifying all of your information – this will result in you receiving your new mortgage offer and ultimately allowing you to exchange and complete.
Additional
If you need any additional support following your mortgage, Mark can assist you with life and protection, concierge service, legal service and rate roll offs.
