Jyotin is one of our partners and has been with the firm since 2012, having completed his master’s degree a few years earlier. He is one of our most experienced mortgage specialists with extensive experience in all areas of the UK market, with a particular speciality in arranging mortgages for legal professionals.

He prides himself on building long-term relationships with his clients and has been described as incredibly courteous and charming – he is the complete package.

Outside of work he is interested in sports, travelling, and exploring the London restaurant scene.

Working With Jyotin

Jyotin will guide you through the process from start to finish, ensuring your individual needs and requirements are met to find the mortgage best suited to you. He prides himself on building long term relationships with his clients, as mortgages are long term commitments.

Discovery and research

Jyotin will arrange a phone appointment or a face-to-face meeting at your convenience. This is where he’ll collect all the necessary information to present a mortgage offer that meets all of your requirements.

Pre-application

Following on from you selecting the offer, Jyotin will arrange for all documents to be collected and will submit your application to the lender.

Process and implementation

This is where the lender will underwrite your application, verifying all of your information – this will result in you obtaining your new mortgage offer and allowing you to exchange and complete.

Additional

If you need any additional support following your mortgage, Jyotin can assist you with life and protection, concierge service and a legal service.
