David Rounsfell started his career as an Independent Mortgage Broker at John Charcol in 1997. Now, with over 20 years in the industry, he’s gained a wealth of experience and is now located in the North East, offering his expert, independent mortgage advice.
A keen family man with 4 children David is keen to develop long term relationships with clients who see the mortgage as an integral part of their financial planning and has worked extensively with local Solicitors, Accountants and Estate Agents.
Aside from work and family David is a qualified youth football coach working with his youngest son’s local football club, Washington AFC and a keen follower of Yeovil Town FC and Manchester United.

David will arrange a phone appointment or a face-to-face meeting at your convenience. This is where he’ll collect all the required information to present a mortgage offer that meets all of your requirements.
Pre-application
Following on from you selecting the offer, David will arrange for all documents to be collected and will submit your application to the lender.
Process and implementation
This is where the lender will underwrite your application, verifying all of your information – this will result in you receiving your new mortgage offer and ultimately allowing you to exchange and complete.
