Would my husband and I be able to get a mortgage whilst I am a student with a 10% deposit?

Essentially, there's no reason why your husband can't get a mortgage whilst you are still a student. The decision to lend would be subject to the lenders affordability calculation based on your husbands income with yourself being classed as a financial dependent. If this can be met and your case fits the rest of the crirteria, then the case could proceed.

Lenders all have a slightly different way of assessing affordability, and we'd need to know the full details of your financial situation, to be able say anything more definite. However, I think it would be worth exploring your options in a bit more detail, and you can do this by contacting one of our consultants on 0344 346 3672 and they'll be able to give you a clearer idea of how we can help you.
