Right to Buy with Poor Credit

My husband and I have a bad credit, ccj's, defaults, but we have the Right to Buy which will give us at least a 25% deposit plus we can get a guarantor.  Is this possible?


I am not aware of any Lenders considering mortgage applications on Right to Buy properties if you have bad credit.

I recommend that you speak to a local independent mortgage broker about your situation.
