I own a house which I rent out. My partner has never owned or had a mortgage. Can we qualify as first time buyers?
I regret that as you own a property you can not qualify as a first time buyer (FTB). This will apply to the Stamp Duty incentive and any mortgage lenders special offers for FTBs.
