Hi, I live and work in Houston, Texas and currently hold a Buy To Let Mortgage with HSBC. Its current fixed term expires in 2 months but HSBC are apparently not allowed to interact with me re my Mortgage as I live in the US. I'm looking to swap mortgage provider as a result of this. Do you see any issues obtaining a new Mortgage from a different UK provider ?
Although not every lender offers Buy To Let mortgages for ex-pats there are still quite a few that do. Typically most do need you to be employed, and ideally for a multi-national company, but I would like to hope that this is something that we could help you with.
If you'd like to discuss your options in more detail, then please contact us via email@example.com with some details of the property, rental income, and including the best time to contact you in the US.
More than mortgages, talk to me about:
