Cash Purchase how long before I can get a mortgage?

Posted on 1 February 2011 by Jose del Val

I just bought a house, cash buy, how long do I have to wait before I can get a buy to let mortgage?

Jose,

There are Lenders who will consider a mortgage application as soon as you appear as the registered owner at the Land registry. If you don't mind waiting for 6 months, then the majority of the Buy to Let mortgage market will be available to you and you will have a far greater choice of deals.
