My Partner wonts to renew the mortgage in his sole name but keep my name on the deeds. Where do i stand with this. Can he sell the property from under me, do i have any say in the property?
Very simply, if you are listed as a registered owner then your partner will not be able to take a mortgage out in his sole name.
