How much stamp duty will I pay on a BTL property from April 2016?

In the 2015 Autumn Statement, George Osborne announced that new buy-to-let purchases would incur an additional 3% surcharge versus ordinary stamp duty rates, so our calculator shows the new rates applicable.

From 31 March 2016 these rates will become effective on the purchase of business buy to let properties.
