Marital law and mortgages

I am getting separated in Northern Ireland. We have a marital home plus 3 other properties. We have 2 kids (10 and 6) and were married 16 years. I agreed that she can stay in the marital home and get 60% of the value of the marital home when splitting the assets. She also wants 60% of the value of the other assets (the houses) - I believe it should be split 50:50. What is the law
