John Charcol has been helping clients with their UK mortgage needs since 1974 and we have now have expanded our mortgage advice service to a much warmer climate. If you’re thinking about investing in the Dubai property market we are now on hand to provide you with the advice you will need to find the best mortgage to finance your investment / holiday home. If you already own property in Dubai and want to find out more about your refinance options we can also help.

As part of this new service, we have negotiated with the National Bank of Dubai (NBD) an exclusive mortgage product for our clients. Not only does this exclusive mortgage mean that you can obtain a Dirham mortgage with a highly competitive rate, but it will also be based on UK criteria and processed in the UK. Applying for a mortgage in Dubai is notoriously lengthy and difficult; through John Charcol you can avoid the hassle and stress by letting us take care of everything for you.

It is no surprise that Europeans are looking to invest here as they consider it a viable business investment.
