Ray Boulger
Senior Technical Manager
Ray has spent all his working life in financial services, initially training for 5 years with a firm of Chartered Accountants and then 18 years as a stockbroker. He spent most of this time as an institutional gilt edge and fixed interest salesman. Ray is an IFA and joined Charcol in 1989 as a consultant. He has been in his current role of Technical Manager / Senior Technical Manager - Mortgages for 7 years.
Ray is vice-chairman of the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) and is a member of the MCCB Advisory Committee.
Drew Wotherspoon
Head of Communications
Drew originally joined Bradford & Bingley in March 2001 as a press officer to work on the newly created MarketPlace at Bradford & Bingley brand. He also had additional responsibility for looking after the group's savings business. At the start of 2004 he was promoted to senior press officer.
In November 2004 he moved to become PR Manager for Charcol with responsibility for the entire group press functions. In October 2005 he was appointed Head of Communications.
