Having helped many of our clients do exactly the same, John Charcol is delighted to confirm it has moved.  Our head office is now just a stone's throw away from London's Liverpool Street Station.

So, if you are based in the city, arranging a new mortgage just got a lot easier.  You can come and see us before work (we are up very early catching those worms...), at lunch (we promise not to keep you for too long...) or after work (we'll still be here...).   We realise that time is very precious, and you don't want to spend hours arranging your mortgage, so doing it as quickly and as efficiently as possible is just plain old common sense.

Your initial mortgage consultation is obligation free. There will be a minimum fee for our mortgage service of £450, of which £150 is payable when you apply, and we will retain the commission from the mortgage lender. Alternatively, you can choose the fee only option which is typically 0.65% of the amount borrowed.
