As such, we created this section so that you can submit your questions to our experts. The answers are provided by a team of experts, led by our in house mortgage technical manager, Simon Collins, who has spent the last 10 years helping our consultants to place mortgage applications.

My interest only mortgage is finished in 2018. Due my business folding any cash was paid out on this I have no savings left. I am 60 this year is it to late to do anything about. Thank you for your time.

I have 4 years left on a endownent policy and want to remortgage. Should I consolidate all of it to repayment or keep the endowment(it will cover the balance it was taken out for) and just have the new balance on repayment?
