How much would a £50,000 mottgage cost me a month?

You can use our mortgage repayment calculator to find this out. You might want to do a mortgage search first to find an accurate interest rate for yourself, but a good average at the moment is 5.5%.

Paying a higher arrangement fee will get you a lower rate, or a deal with no fees would be a higher rate.
