Your first step is to see if you can take the mortgage on your own and if so how much you can borrow. This means how much is affordable based on your income and commitments.
A good broker will be able to help you with this, alternatively you can use an affordability calculator located on our Web site.
If you do need further mortgage help please do give us a call we would love to help. 0845 4131053.
