90% LTV for new builds?

Are 90% LTV mortgages available for new build homes? HSBC are not lending over 75%.
The lending criteria around new build homes is constantly changing. At the present time Alliance and Leicester will lend at 90% LTV for a new build house, however if the property is a flat then as with HSBC and most lenders the maximum loan will be 75%.
