Managing your application

Once you have accepted an offer, your consultant will manage your application all the way to completion, keeping you fully informed every step of the way. Typically, this involves:

  • Chasing surveyors to attain an accurate valuation on the property involved
  • Liaising with the chosen lender to obtain a firm offer, letting you know if additional information is needed or if complications arise for any reason
  • Talking with your solicitor to keep everything on track
  • Maintaining regular contact to keep you informed
  • Confirming exchange or completion details
  • Confirming telegraphic transfer of funds
  • Keeping an audit trail of all actions so you know exactly who said what, when
