Thanks very much for the email. I've just returned from a week away. I would just like to let you know how grateful my wife and I are for the service that was provided by both yourself Laura and Robert who dealt with us in the latter stages of a very complicated and stressful move. All requests we made to Charcol were met with extremely rapid replies and it appeared to us that nothing was too much bother.

This is just a short email to say thanks! Without your help we would never have got the remortgage sorted out! Your patience and understanding around the fact that I work nights, making communication really difficult, and your desire to get the result for us were second to none!! (A lesser man would have given up at the first hurdle, and there were a few!). 

From the first point of contact (back in January) you have been determined to get this right for us, with your appraisal of what we could afford through to the recommendations for life cover, your advice has always been spot on. Your approach, by that I mean getting to know your clients, has in this case paid dividends, and I'm sure many others will benefit and feel the same way when they reach this point ie completion.

Thank you for the info attached, which I shall review very carefully. As discussed, I shall also have a good think about both options that you have found for me and about my current and future position in the UK and shall come back to you with my thoughts tomorrow.

In the meantime, I would appreciate it if you would forward this e-mail to your manager because I find it important to state that the speed, professionalism and level of your service so far has been outstanding. I phoned you on Wednesday, the 8th of March with a rather challenging brief for a mortgage (considering my citizenship status) and by the afternoon of today, Friday the 10th of March you had two potential products for me with relatively competitive rates.

I am writing this letter to personally thank you for your assistance inhelping me arrange finance for the property referenced above. Your help, advice and guidance from start to finish have been invaluable and for this I am thoroughly grateful.

I also thoroughly appreciate your patience and understanding whilst matters were being resolved with the mortgage lenders. You really 'stuck your neck out' and persisted when most probably would have given up. I value 'your trust policy' very highly and it is nice to know in this day and age that such elements still remain.

Happy new year, I hope you had a good Christmas. I've been meaning to drop you a line to thank you for all your help and assistance with the mortgage. I've always avoided brokers before in the belief that I could do it all myself, however I can safely say that there is no way I would have managed to deal with all the problems that were encountered with this purchase. We had a great Christmas in the new house and everything seems to have settled down well.
